Boulder wall: 7 kyu (V0-) problems

Boulder

Today, I would like to introduce some problems on the bouldering wall at the Bibai City Sports Center.

First of all, from the Problem No. 1 of the 7 kyu grade (pink tapes).
*The problem number does not represent the difficulty level.

* スタート = Start hold ゴール = Top hold

To start climbing pink problems, I think it’s a good idea to start with this problem first.
There are many hand and foot holds. If you move your hands and feet in order, you can climb it smoothly, and getting to the top is not so high.
I think it is a good challenge for those who have just started climbing.

The next problem is the Problem No. 2.

This problem is a bit peculiar as a 7 kyu level, and it can be a difficult problem for those who have just started climbing.
After climbing toward the upper left, you need to traverse to the right, and finally go up.
Because it consists of relatively many moves with some foot holds is located high or far, it is a difficult one as a 7 kyu grade problem.

The next problem is the Problem No. 3.

Just like Problem No. 1, this problem is set to be easy for climbers who have just started, but it requires a crossing move (one hand goes over the opposite hand to take the next hold) and a match move (both hands placed on the same hold). Therefore, it is a little technical problem, and it won’t let you climb easily.

The next problem is the Problem No. 5.

This problem is also a tricky one because it involves some technical moves. After climbing straight up, you need to traverse a little to the left, and then go up to the get the top hold.
I think it’s a good problem to try when you get used to other 7 kyu grade problems.

These are some of the 7 kyu grade problems.
There are various problems from relatively easy ones to difficult ones, and I think those who have just started climbing can enjoy these problems for a while.
Please try them when you have a chance to come to climb in Bibai.
